Elders at Real Life Christian Church are the spiritual gate-keepers. They are here for the congregation and don't use their leadership as something to leverage over people. In fact, it's the opposite. They are recognized as men who seek Jesus with all their lives and have a desire to serve the congregation of Real Life.
