Ashlyn Doak

I have been attending Real Life for most of my life and had the honor of spending about 4 years serving as the Creative Arts Intern under the guidance of the one and only Josh Combs. I now serve as the Worship Director where I am in charge of organizing all worship and tech related things here at Real Life. I am privileged to be working closely with our worship and tech team to create a worship experience that is meaningful and honors God. You’ll often find me on stage playing electric bass and singing or serving back in the tech booth!

I graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in Sound Recording Technology. I am about to marry the wonderful Tyler Schellenberger who I have the honor of serving with on the worship team. I love spending time with my family and have a love for music. I always enjoy learning new music on bass and going to concerts. I’m also a lover of the outdoors and enjoy exploring new places and being out on the water!
