High School Ministry

HSM

HSM or High School Ministry is the 9th-12th grade ministry here at Real Life Christian Church. We desire to love our high school students and make sure that they know that Jesus loves them even more than we do and that they are vital to the church today. We want to see them grow in community so that when they potentially leave for college, jobs, or wherever else the Lord may take them, that they continue to follow Jesus each and every day.

Sunday Mornings

During the 11AM service, HSM meets upstairs in the youth room! This is a time of teaching and connection where students will be able to engage with leaders and each other through a lesson designed for them. Students will hear from a variety of teachers and we believe it is valuable for them to hear different perspectives and stories of what walking with Jesus looks like. On the final Sunday of each month there is no HSM in the morning as we are all in the sanctuary for what we call Student Sunday.

 Sunday Nights

HSM also meets on Sunday nights for Small Groups! This is a time to recap the lesson from the morning and then dive into small groups where they will go even further with the lesson. This is a time for discussion and wrestling with God’s Word as we all seek to apply it to our lives. We will also play a lot of fun games and engage in connection time because we believe that it is impossible to do the Christian life alone!
