Why Does Your Pastor Teach In Socks?
A great question! And one we get all the time. This stems from Exodus 3:5 where Moses saw the burning bush and as he approached it God said to him, "Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground." Drew (our Lead Pastor) was marked by this as he first preached years ago and to this day views the space during which he teaches as holy ground. It is his way to remind himself of his dependence on God and to pray for God to use him and speak through him.
What is Real Life About?
We exist to be a community where people are loved and transformed by the Gospel to live Jesus > everything.
We’ve identified 5 callings that broadly identify a life lived “Jesus > everything.”
#1 Worshiper (all areas of our life, not just music)
#2 Servant (both in and out of the church)
#3 Connector (to build Christ-centered relationships to both grow and help others do the same,
#4 Witness (share the Gospel with others)
#5 Steward (realize and submit all we have as things we are managing for God’s glory)

Unashamedly Biblically based and Jesus focused. We have fun, laugh together, grieve together, and are continually asking How to we bring glory to God in all we do. We plant our flag on the assurance and truth of scripture, and the person and work of Jesus.
What We Want For You:
We want you to fall in love with Jesus and grow in truly, deeply, and unbendingly follow Him. We want you to abide in Jesus and live out the callings, to be Jesus’ disciple, and to make disciples of your neighbors, co-workers, friends, and classmates.
